Hi! I’m Sam, the person behind Sam’s Cakes.
My story begins in my Grandma’s kitchen making hot dog roll-ups for lunch. From there, I wandered into the cooking school at the local grocery store, to passion that I worked with all through high school. That passion led me to attending the Culinary Institute of America to pursue a degree in Baking & Pastry Arts. Since graduating in 2018, I have learned so much in the pastry world, I am so excited as grateful to share it with all of you!
